How the total is worked out
The base price includes 10 users or 100 assets. Past that, each extra user adds $10 a month, and each 10 extra assets adds $10 a month, or $8 on quarterly billing and $7 on annual. We bill on whichever of users or assets costs less.
Total = base + extra users × add-on, or base + extra blocks of 10 assets × add-on, whichever is less. Free covers 2 users or 50 assets.

One Pro tier, charged the cheaper way
Pro is one tier, with no higher tier above it.
- Billing
- Each cycle, we charge on whichever of users or assets costs less. Pro is $99 monthly, $79 a month quarterly, or $66 a month annually.
- Adding users or assets
- Past the included 10 users or 100 assets, add $10, $8, or $7 a month per user or per 10 assets, on the cheaper model. Add-ons are prorated to your current cycle.
- Trial
- Pro is free for 14 days. If you don't enter payment, the account moves to Free with no data lost.
- Commitment
- No contract. Cancel anytime.
- Refunds
- You get a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge, on any plan. After that, access runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
- Your data
- Export it to CSV or Excel at any time, after cancelling too.
- Payment
- Major cards. Quarterly and annual plans can also pay by invoice or bank transfer.
- Support
- Every plan reaches a support person. Pro gets priority.
- Migrating
- Send us your spreadsheet and our support team loads it for you, free.
- Enterprise
- For 50 or more users, talk to us. It's Pro's features at Pro's terms.
Licenses, trials, and what Free keeps
Is it per user or per asset?
Both are counted, and each cycle you pay whichever is cheaper. Adding a technician need not cost more.
Are people who submit issues free?
Yes. They use the QR form and need no account.
What happens when my trial ends?
Enter payment to stay on Pro. If you don't, the same account moves to Free and keeps all its data.
What does Free cover?
Free qualifies on 2 users or 50 assets, by the same rule as Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Refunds and exports follow the conditions above.
Is the Android app included?
Yes, on every plan, offline work included.
